Unable to troubleshoot this error in Netbackup Datacenter 3.4 on Solaris 8.

Status code: 219 Message: the required storage unit is unavailable.
Storage unit is Qualstar TLS-4440 and is configured properly in the devices
module. Able to move media in/out of library w/o issue. Attempting to run
a manual backup triggers this error. All necessary daemons are running.
The class this backup belongs to is assigned to the correct storage unit.
Bpsched log has following entries:

17:01:18 [3638] <2> start_bptm: Received BPCD success message
17:01:18 [3638] <4> get_db_info: no available storage units
17:01:18 [3638] <8> bpsched_main: failed getting database
information
17:01:18 [3638] <16> log_in_errorDB: scheduler exiting - no storage
units available for use (213)

Appreciate any insight/help!

Thanks in advance.

tpconfig -d

make sure it matches the density type of your media you have created

vmquery -a -bx | more

For example, your storage unit might be of type dlt2 and your media of type
dlt. These are different densities to NBU/MM.
